Our journey began with an introductory meeting with Raj Brar, Sales Director at Korantina Homes. We met at the Cap St. Georges lobby, exchanged pleasantries over coffee, and then embarked on a tour to view some available projects. The experience was fun and engaging, so we captured some moments ;)
Surprisingly, our search was instantly fruitful when two specific projects caught our attention.
Two days later, armed with detailed plans and projections, I was ready to make a reservation. Thankfully, Raj demonstrated flexibility and negotiated a rate aligned with our comfort zone.
Placing a reservation afforded us the luxury of time to delve deeper into the nuances of Korantina Homes, the specific project, and the villa that had caught our interest.
